Self Portrait is the expression of my life with attention deficit. Descriptive of the many directions my mind is working at any moment in time. The anxiety mixed with joy as well as creative thinking. I paint a picture in my head while running down my to do list for the next day. Did I lock the door or do I have a canvas for this idea? The mind races until one allows themselves comfort in the depth of hyper focus to create Self Portrait.
